@airindia Staff is absolutely great! I never flew with an cabin personal that attentive and approachable. Thank you for this experience. The food is nice. The lounge in Delhi is fabulous, the choice and variety as well as the facility! No WiFi, even in business class, spacefull.

On a 9-hour flight, no Wi-Fi, no entertainment, and no working screens. Even the basic buttons to call a flight attendant or turn the reading lights on and off were broken!
