How to connect to Premier Inn Wi-Fi on a Mac

  1. For free access, choose Premier Inn Free Wi-Fi from your list of networks.

  2. For the faster tier, choose Premier Inn Ultimate Wi-Fi instead.

  3. Pay online by card or PayPal, or enter a voucher bought at reception.

Paid access is timed from first use, not by usage. Leftover paid time works at any other Premier Inn hotel.

Devices

Free Wi-Fi works on multiple devices. Ultimate Wi-Fi covers up to three devices, and device exclusions apply: only devices with a web browser can access the network.

Streaming

Premier Inn pitches Ultimate Wi-Fi for streaming and larger downloads. Virgin Media Business calls it up to 8 times faster than the free service. Speeds depend on location and number of users.

VPNs

Premier Inn doesn’t publish a VPN rule.

Tips

Before you check in

    On a Mac or iPhone, turn off Private Wi-Fi Address for the Ultimate network. Virgin Media Business says rotating addresses can fill your three device slots.

    Check the hotel details page before you go. Ultimate Wi-Fi isn’t available at some hotels.

    Book a Premier Plus room if you need faster Wi-Fi, since most include Ultimate Wi-Fi.
