Slow internet complaint letter: a template with the evidence to attach
A useful complaint says what happened, how you tested it and what you want the provider to do next. You can use this template without any app.
When this helps
- Support keeps asking you to repeat the same checks.
- You need a written record of an unresolved speed or reliability issue.
Prepare a small evidence pack
Copy the relevant plan speed wording and the date of your agreement.
List the affected dates and times, plus the impact on calls, work or downloads.
Attach a few comparable results with device, connection type and test-server details.
Include previous fault references and the provider’s replies.
Copy and adapt this complaint
Send only what the recipient needs
Use your provider’s official complaint channel. Include account details only when that channel requires them.
Before sharing evidence publicly or with Kilobat, remove account numbers, passwords, private hostnames and unrelated personal information.
If the provider does not resolve it
Keep the complaint date and written responses. The next route depends on your country, service and provider.
Choose the relevant local complaint guide. A regulator, ombudsman and dispute-resolution body can have different roles.
