Germany: slow internet and the official measurement process
Germany has separate official measurement procedures for fixed-line and mobile internet.
What to check
Find the minimum, normally available and maximum speeds in your contract. The Bundesnetzagentur desktop process sets the fixed-line measurement schedule and produces a protocol.
