# Mac 上的「The Internet connection appears to be offline.」

這是 macOS 在 URL Loading System 中對錯誤 -1009 顯示的文字。App 要求某個資源，而 macOS 沒有可用的網際網路連線。

## 症狀

- App 顯示「The Internet connection appears to be offline.」
- App 可能會同時顯示 `NSURLErrorDomain` 和 `-1009`。
- 只有一個 App 出現，或每個 App 都出現。

## 可能原因

- **Mac 沒有連線。**Apple 的文件表示，連線尚未建立，而且無法自動建立。
- **VPN 尚未就緒。**正在連線、重新連線或阻擋流量的 VPN，可能讓 Mac 沒有可用的路徑。
- **防火牆或過濾器阻擋了某個 App。**如果只有一個 App 失敗，可能是防火牆 App 或內容過濾器阻擋了它。
- **路由器或網路供應商故障。**Mac 在網路上，但該網路沒有網際網路。

## 如何檢查

1. 打開其他網站。如果所有網站都打不開，問題就在連線，而不是這個網站。
2. 顯示 App 看到的網路狀態。

   ```
   scutil --nwi
   ```
3. ping 網際網路上的某個位址。這項測試不會用到 DNS。

   ```
   ping -c 5 1.1.1.1
   ```
4. 如果只有一個 App 失敗，檢查防火牆 App 中針對該 App 的規則。

## 如何修正

1. 先修好連線。請依照「[Mac 已連上 Wi-Fi 但無法上網](https://kilobat.app/zh-hant/guides/wifi-connected-no-internet.html)」操作。
2. 中斷 VPN 再重新連線，然後再試一次 App。
3. 如果防火牆 App 阻擋了該 App，就在那個防火牆 App 中允許它。
4. 連線恢復後，結束 App 再重新打開。

**NSURLErrorDomain -1009 是什麼？**
