## 三步检查 Frontier Communications

**Frontier Communications 现在断网了吗？**

先查看 Frontier Communications 自己的故障工具。在 MyFrontier App 中，打开 **Support**，先查看是否有故障。或者在 Frontier 的故障页面输入你的服务地址。你也可以把 `OUTAGE` 发短信到 `70994`。Frontier 表示可能会收取短信费用。如果没有故障，请重启路由器。光纤服务随后可能需要检查 ONT 的电源。如果没有故障，打电话之前先对比 Wi-Fi 和有线连接：你家里的故障不归 Frontier Communications 修。
