THREE WIDGETS. YOUR CHOICE.

## A little window into your network.

Choose the information you care about, and the size that fits your desktop. The figures below are examples.

01 / NETWORK STATUS

## Know when something’s off.

The bat’s expression and connection status tell you how things are going. Internet ping shows how long a round trip takes; router ping helps you see whether the delay starts close to home.

### Choose your size

**Small** keeps the status and ping close at hand. **Medium** adds a 30-minute latency graph, jitter and your last speed test, plus a Test button.

### How to use it

Click the widget to open Kilobat’s connection health view. On the medium widget, click **Test** to start a speed test.

02 / DATA TODAY

## See where today went.

See how much internet data this Mac has used today, with separate download and upload totals. The figures cover today’s internet usage across networks.

### Choose your size

**Small** gives you the daily total and a compact chart, or budget progress when available. **Medium** adds a larger hourly chart. With Kilobat Pro, a configured budget shows progress for the current network.

### How to use it

Glance at the hourly bars to spot busy periods. Click the widget to open your usage in Kilobat; Pro opens history, while the free version opens the overview.

03 / SPEED TEST

## One click to test.

Keep your last download and upload speeds in view, along with when the test ran. Before your first test, the widget tells you there’s no result yet.

### How to use it

Click **Test now** to open Kilobat and run a fresh speed test. On a metered network, the test uses up to 10 MB. This widget comes in the small size.

## Questions

**Do I need Kilobat Pro for widgets?**

The widgets are available without Pro. Pro adds your configured data budget to Data today, and opens usage history when you click that widget.

**Can I test my internet speed from a widget?**

Yes. Click Test now on the Speed test widget, or Test on the medium Network status widget. Kilobat opens and starts a test.

**Do widgets show my Wi-Fi name or IP address?**

No. Kilobat widgets do not show network names or addresses.

**What if Kilobat is not running?**

Open Kilobat to resume updating the widgets. When readings are old, the widgets indicate that they are not current or show when they were last updated.

**How do I remove a widget?**

Right-click the widget and choose Remove Widget. You can add it again from Edit Widgets.
