Select `Heathrow Wi-Fi` on your device. 2. Follow the on-screen instructions. 3. Register to start using the service. Heathrow’s troubleshooting guide says to **sign on by entering the details requested**. Tips ## When Heathrow Wi-Fi won’t play along ### From Heathrow - If the landing page doesn’t open, Heathrow’s troubleshooting guide says to open a browser and go to `www.heathrow.com`, which should redirect you to it. - The guide lists the network as `_ Heathrow Wi-Fi`, with a leading underscore, so look for it near the top of the list. - On corporate laptops, the guide says the landing page can fail because of proxy settings. Turn off the proxy server setting, then reload `www.heathrow.com`. - If you use a VPN, the guide says you can turn the proxy setting back on once you are online. - The network is certified by Friendly WiFi and filters unsuitable content. - For help, Heathrow’s Wi-Fi page gives Customer Care on **0808 189 1365**. The troubleshooting guide lists a 24/7 Wi-Fi line on **0330 6601130**. ### On a Mac - **No sign-in page?** Open `http://captive.apple.com` in Safari. A plain http page can be redirected to the airport’s sign-in page; an https one can’t. - **Pause what hides it.** A VPN, iCloud Private Relay or your own DNS can keep the page from opening. Turn them off, sign in, then turn them back on. - **Forget and rejoin.** A network the Mac already knows may not show the sign-in window again. Forget it in System Settings › Wi-Fi and join once more. - **Look behind your windows.** macOS opens the sign-in page in a small window of its own, which can open behind the others.
